You may memorize Petty Magic spells. When you take this Talent, you memorize a number of spells equal to your Willpower Bonus. The XP cost of memorizing a new spell depends on the number of spell already known: new spell cost = round down("number of spells known" / "WP Bonus" + 1) * 50 XP.
