Description
You can treat Critical Wounds marked as needing Surgery. You can perform surgery: Extended Challenging (+0) Heal Test with target SL determined by your GM (usually 5-10). The Test causes 1d10 Wounds and 1 Bleeding Condition per Test. After successful surgery, the patient has to take Average (+20) Endurance Test to avoid Minor Infection.
